• Customized Orders: All customized products are made to order. The processing time for customized items is 7-14 business days.
• Ready-to-Ship Products: Products marked as “Ready to Ship” in the product description will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the tracking details.
